Before Sleep Training
Before starting sleep training, Mackenzie was waking multiple times a night and relied on feeding to fall back asleep. Her naps were short, inconsistent, and often happened on the go or while being held. Without a set schedule or clear routine, her days — and nights — felt unpredictable and tiring for everyone.

The Sleep Training Journey
Mackenzie’s family worked on building consistency through gentle structure and supportive routines. By introducing regular nap times and a calming bedtime routine, Mackenzie learned to feel comfortable falling asleep on her own — both during the day and at night.

Where She Is Now
Mackenzie has made incredible progress! She naturally dropped her overnight feeding and now sleeps soundly through the night until around 7:00 AM. During the day, she consistently takes two naps of at least one hour each, plus a third on-the-go nap when needed. She’s now able to put herself to sleep for all naps and nighttime sleep with confidence and ease.

The Outcome
Mackenzie’s sleep has completely transformed — from restless nights and unpredictable naps to a steady, restful routine. Her family is enjoying peaceful evenings, predictable days, and a much happier, well-rested little one.
